Bounceland is pleased to provide customers with free domestic ground shipping to all U.S contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Here are some things you may want to know on how we plan on shipping your order to you promptly. What is the estimated shipping and transit time?

Orders will be shipped out the same day if placed by 12.00pm CST. Shipping to the West Coast takes approximately 3-5 business days, Midwest 1-2 business days, South 2-3 business days, and East Coast 2-3 business days. For details, see the UPS map below. A tracking number will be provided after order is shipped.

Are shipping charges included in the price of my purchase?

Yes, our prices include shipping to U.S. continental destinations. However, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires additional shipping charges, see below for rates. Please contact us for any special shipping needs.

Do you ship to destinations other than the U.S. domestic locations?

Outside of the United States, we only currently ship to Canada. Additional shipping charges apply for Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.

What kind of shipping methods do you use?

We normally ship by UPS Ground.

Can you ship to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes?

UPS does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. AK and HI will cost extra.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

After UPS picks up your order from our warehouse, we will email you the same day to let you know your order has been shipped. UPS’s Quantum ViewSM shipping system will also send you an email with your UPS tracking number by the end of that same day. To track your UPS shipment (tracking numbers begin with “1Z”), call 1-800-782-7892 or visit www.ups.com. Contact us if you do not receive an email confirmation. Please include your name and order number with your inquiry.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without any charge. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll be responsible for shipping charges both ways as well as a 15% restocking fee.

NOTE: For all orders shipped outside of the continental United States (Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), buyer is responsible for all shipping and other fees on any returns or replacements.
